Here are some tips that help you recover from hangover the day after binge drinking :
- Drink lots of water. Try to drink electrolytes like Vitamin water and Gatorade. Hydrate though out the day
- Drink fruit juices rich in Vit C like Orange juice, tomato juice etc
- Drink Ginger tea
- Have a bowl of cereal and eggs for breakfast and also include foods rich in potassium like banana
- Include soups or broth in your meals
- Stay away from caffeinated drinks
- Get enough rest and sleep some more
